Terms and Conditions for Pik Stop Photo Booths
Welcome to Pik Stop Photo Booths! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services: We offer photo booth services for events, outlined in your service package. This includes setup, operation, and breakdown of the photo booth at your event location.
2. Payment: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to your event. Late payments incur a 10% late fee per day. Payments can be made via check, our invoicing system, or credit/debit card. Afterpay is available for bookings over $699, subject to Afterpay’s terms.
3. Cancellation and Changes: Any request to change the date of your service must be made at least 30 days before the original event date. Cancellations or changes made less than 30 days prior to the event will not receive a refund but may be eligible for company credit towards a future event.
4. Space and Power Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and power supply for the photo booth. Specific requirements include a 10’x10′ space, access to a 110V 15 amp 3-prong outlet, and a 6-foot table for equipment.
5. Outdoor Events: For outdoor setups, the client must provide suitable covering to protect the equipment from adverse weather. The company offers an enclosure add-on for additional protection.
6. Photo Booth Operations: The photo booth will be operational for a minimum of 85% of the service period. Interruptions for maintenance are expected and will not result in refunds or discounts.
7. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify Pik Stop Photo Booths against any liability related to the event, the use of the photo booth, or the pictures taken during the service period.
8. Intellectual Property: Pik Stop Photo Booths retains all rights to photographs taken during the service period. These photos are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for travel beyond 13 miles roundtrip, stairs access, parking, outdoor venue setups, and loss or damage to props.
10. Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement and withdraw services if the terms are not complied with.
11. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Amendments: These terms may be amended only by written agreement from both parties.
